Fountain Linemarker Company initially was a small business that made sports based linemarkers and marking compounds employing 2 people with an annual turnover of some $200,000. Within 10 years, the business employs around 14 people with an annual turnover of around $2 million. Currently, the business continues to develop and update new machinery adding to its extensive product range and expanding its client base nationally. Its founder and owner, Michael Le Cornu reveals some of the challenges he faced when setting up his own business and some advice for prosperous young entrepreneurs.
